A Dose of Symmetry

The continuos movement of sand in water, espically when a stream connects to the ocean, can create some beautiful lines and designs. With Constant change of flow, the water is always shaping the sand in different formations. Pretty cool if you ask me. Walking along the beach also offers odd shaped rocks, small evolutionizing plants, and endless symmetrical cracks and grooves in the sand. The kind of stuff you find in your little brothers math coloring books...

Enjoy your daily dose of symmetry!

Crab Fishing

Rays, babes, and lots of food. Ok, not really babes, there are more crabs than las chicas. When the suns out, the guns come out, and so do the crab and the ambigious fishing crew. Give them two buckets and a fishing net, and they come back with over 100 crab. While my little brothers and there friends stack crab in there buckets, the rest of us are enjoying the rays of the sun and the delicious food that keep coming out of the kitchen.

The hours slowly mold together, and sense of time becomes a blur. Lunchs and dinners become feasts, and 1 bottle of wine magically turns into 3 or 4. Life is hard here in Martha's Vinayard.

Cabin Fever

The last couple days in paradise here have been tropical storms. We would watch as rain covered the landscape, clouds loomed over us, and trees bashed against our house with the roaring wind. That didn't stop my little brothers and I from checking out the deathly looking ocean.

At the house, mom waited out the storm, making delicious smells in the kitchen and becoming one with her yogi-self. Even with the continuos rain and cabin fever, that hasn't stopped our friend the sun to poke out and give us a beautiful sunset to stare in awe at.

Sun is coming, and with it crab fishing! enjoy

Martha's Vinyard Living

After the NH love, I hopped on two buses onward to Woodshole, where I met the rest of my family, hopped in the car, and drove right onto the ferry that would take us to Mr. President Barack Obama's vacation spot, Martha's Vinayard. However, we happened to hop on the ferry in the middle of a storm that has been holding on for a couple days now. Huge winds and waves pounded the ferry, and I watched as countless heads ran to the bow to un-load the nacho chips they just scarffed 10 minutes earlier. We made it safetly across and made it to our favorite house in MV, the Tower house.

Gonna be kickin' in Martha's Vinyard with my family for a couple days. Alittle beach and amazing mom's food probably wouldn't hurt before I got to run off to College. Here are some shots of the trip over. Enjoy!
